Backfire or something else?

Dear reader!

I have a new ('99, run 300 km) LS650.
I have a problem - backfire. After a the motor is warmed up to a working temperature and when I stopped the engine it is "exploded" once (it sounds, comes from the exhaust/tailpipe.)
I noticed the sound deppends on the lenght of ride (temperature of motor).

Till now I don't take the motor to the service.
If you know the solution of problem please send me a message.
